Dwayne Hayes
I am an 21 year veteran of Law Enforcement with the Dickson County Sheriff's Office. I oversee the Training Division which conducts training for local agencies as well as out of state agencies in the form of Specialized Training (S.W.A.T., Sniper and patrol rifle). I have instructed the HGPT at the Sheriff's Office since 2000. I also Instruct Firearms, CPR- First Aid, Constitutional Law, Legal Updates, Use of Force, Stress Management. I have attended various courses in Management, Search and Rescue, Tactical Manhunt Operations and Man Tracking. I am a graduate of the FBI National Academy 228 (NA228) and the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy. I am a member of the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Officers Association, National Tactical Officers Association, Fraternal Order of Police and Masonic Lodge 468.
Kenny Monzon
Ken is employed with the Dickson County Sheriff's Office and assigned to the warrants division. He instructs sniper training, firearms, handgun permits and assist with training.
Brian W. Beasley
Brian is a native of Dickson County with a background in hazardous materials. He began his Law Enforcement career in April of 2000 with the City of Dickson Police Department and was accepted as a member of the Special Operations Team in 2003 as the Bravo Team Tactical Marksman. He is currently a co-instructor of Dickson’s Sniper School as well as an assistant instructor of the SWAT School. Brian is a certified Firearms Instructor, Hostage Negotiator, Field Training Officer, and a Master Patrol Officer. He is also certified in Defensive Tactics, Basic Crash Reconstruction and Tactical Manhunt Operations. He is a skilled armorer of the Glock weapon system, AR-15/ M-16 style weapons, and Remington 700 rifle. Brian has been awarded the City of Dickson’s Merit Award on three occasions and is currently assigned as a Criminal Investigator.
Troy Martin
I am a Sergeant with the Dickson County Sheriff’s Office. I have worked as a Park Ranger with the State of Tennessee prior to becoming a deputy. I am married with one child and live in Dickson. I am a graduate of 1982 Dickson County Senior High and of the University of Tennessee at Martin. I have attended the SSGT Instructor School and am currently on the SWAT team.
